we needed a new software update as the old one caused many errors with various browsers both for regular users and moderators. This update has more possibilities (check THIS out) than the old one especially with new plugins for this vbulletin version. The skin you see right now can be (and i think will be) changed so dont care about the looks right now. The process is not that fast as its humans and not machines who are working on that update.
