This kind of layout I personally find generic-looking and a bit flat (not ugly really, just on the duller side)... although I can see it looking better as more details are added--I do realize it's in an early stage. Either way, I appreciate a change.

If anything though, a little sadened by the loss of the profile data... the comments and exchanges made in particular, only wish I had saved mine.

I understand, but to move forward this step was necessary.
While the data is still there, the profile system is not.

I don't think it looks that bad as others say and I can't see a big change either. Looks a bit more standard than the previous style but it's just a tiny (visual) modification in my eyes so far.

Firstly, all the posts and letters were a bit too large for me, but you can regulate the font size yourself anyway (which I did instantly).

i had the impression that there was something in User CP to adjust font size.
