Kelly Andrew - Nocturne EP [Blue Soho]

Nocturne EP will contain two original mix tracks and two hardcore/club mix tracks - 4 tracks in all. The names of the two tracks, "Nocturne" (obviously from the name of the EP), and the other, "Key to the Garden". Very beautiful, cinematic, melodic, and soaring tracks.

is Julietta signed to FSOE for sure? i heard some talks about Ask4 label signing it

Julietta will be released in march (Beatport exclusive : 8 march ; other stores : 23 march) by Ask4 recordings.

The Nocturne EP (which contains Key to the garden) is signed to FSOE but Kelly Andrews wrote on his myspace that he decided to rework these tracks as he were not satisfied by the result...so we'll have to wait!

3rd blog entry of the week ... lots of things to talk about for me!

I would like to first say thank you for all of the support for "Nocturne" & "Key to the Garden". I'm still not particularly happy with these tracks yet and I'm planning to do some minor rework on "Nocturne" and major rework with "Key to the Garden". I'm remixing it to where it sounds pleasing to me. You will definitely the difference when it comes time for release.

FANTASTIC stuff!! When a true musician produces trance, the result is pure ecstasy. You know, if Beethoven, Vivaldi,...and other classical musicians were still alive today, they'd probably be producing trance; I wonder what their trance would sound like. Maybe it wouldn't be much different from this stuff....

I'm glad you liked the tracks as they are. To be honest, I felt that these tracks were out a little early making you guys wait longer - my apologies. I'd rather keep silent and surprise you with a good mix closer to release day.

Did some minor work (major is not what I meant ) on these since then, but that made all the difference. Better all-around (incl. bangin' kick and reduced claps) and preserved the original sound that I love. I cannot promise 2010 since Aly&Fila's FSOE label is crazy busy, but I'll do my best.
