What do you mean?

well, technically a PCM Stream isn´t the same as a conversion of the same Stream to MP3.
MP3 works according a to a psycho acoustically scheme which cuts out "inaudible" audio information from the source and that what´s left is the mp3 file.

so technically it´s not the same as it´s not 1:1 the same bit-level information in the mp3 file.
psycho-acoustically it´s not really audible (that´s why it´s "the same"), often its just a placebo effect, but a rare amount of people hear a difference BUT have to prove that in an ABX test, if not - placebo effect ;-)

But I believe you need some extremely awesome speakers on a sufficient volume to make use of that and I'm not even sure wav plays that. I'm sure wav could matter after sound is manipulated (DJing) though, but that's very complicated to check. Still, a very good soundsystem is needed.

i just dislike that the start/end of a track contains elements of the previous/next one when switching... can´t find whats the use of that shut...

I think that is exactly what makes a good album. A well thought of flow and structure and smooth transitions between tracks, which prevents from the unwanted gaps of silence stealing the moment. No Silence is probably the best album of this kind and one of the best albums ever for me

that´s right, you can´t hear and locate a good subwoofer - you just feel it but can´t tell where it comes from when it is correct placed! (i.E. Surround Sound Systems)

There are no smooth transitions like the ones in No Silence, it´s just Fade Out > Fade In (at the end of the track) no detailed transitions or anything that would require a bit of thinking and planning of it

Meh! I bought the australian 2cd edition of Deadmau5 - Album Title Goes Here a few days ago.
Got the album today, except for the fact that I didn't get what I ordered. Instead of the australian version, I've got the regular european version with only 1 cd. Stupid discogs seller!

Also, it seems like the seller is just some guy from Astral Music, as it's sent from there. So hopefully they'll refund the album if I send it back.
