Terminology Question in the field of Mixing

    Hey,

In shows like Trance Around the World with Above & Beyond, Sean Tyas' Tytanium Sessions, etc., they have a female voice presenting their shows and sometimes reappear at some point in their show episodes. Global Trance Grooves, ASOT, etc. also do this.

What is that specific 'voice in' called in the producing/mixing world? What is the proper terminology for such voice samples?

    Thank you.

You'll probably find out all you need to know here there mate. Thats the guy that dose the voice overs for A State of Trance. Probably the most recognisable on the scene.
    May Mix
