    Easiest way would be to download some presets for MASSIVE synth, Adam Van Baker, 7 Skies have soundbanks with sounds like this.

    If you want to make it yourself sounds like a combo of sine and squares to me but yeah much faster to grab the soundsbanks and remove the FX and go from there I think

    Simple especially second one. For that to get started default sylenth and with a single saw ocs selected, set an octave down and then use the overdrive distortion. Push it up full and youll already have that type of sound. Aaron prob uses an other distortion to sylenths! Using a fast LFO on the pitch of a saw/square wave will give you those techy leads. Couple that with distortion and it turns pure filth!!
