‘Impatient Glance’ is a soft yet uplifting tune that starts slowbut rapidly progresses towards a driving bass, which leads to a synth riff thatin turn eases into a beautiful piano melody in the breakdown.
The build-up in this tune is full of tension as it slowly movestowards a sudden drop – a style reminiscent of old school trance – and ends ona calm note.
The Anden State remix is a more percussive version, with a moreenergetic bassline, and a harmonic loop that rises towards an emotional melody.Ringing and echoing in the distance, the breakdown comes to a sudden end as thesynth instantaneously takes the lead in the uplift, culminating into a suddendrop.
The
Gary Afterlife remix, on the other hand, is a brighter tune that starts with a slowly-moving melody before the synth rises and leads towards a breakdown characterized with the sound of strings accompanying the piano melody.
