happened to me once too...lost so much files... sigh
Had a car crash which didn't kill or hurt me, made me a better driver.
Hurt my back at workplace, reminded me not to give 'everything' to those with vested interests.
Lost friends from selfish behaviour, taught me to be a much better person.

Now just to add:

Lost a bunch of photos from carelessness, will remind me not to be hasty when managing files and to be serious about backups.

Life's hard but lessons like these I can appreciate. All a man can ask for is a second chance & I've had them so far.
