I've never been the biggest X-Men fan, but of course I had to watch this movie. I've so far seen X-Men, 2, 3 and First Class - so I did watch it with some expectations, especially because of the director, Bryan Singer. This is, for me, the best X-Men movie so far and I really enjoyed the story. I really enjoyed the dynamics between the characters and how the story unfolded. Definitely worth a watch. For some reason it still lacked something - not sure what it was, but maybe it's just because I've never cared that much for this universe.

Watched that the other day. Think I agree with your rating. Liked the previous one much more! Still think Michael Fassbender is amazing as always though.
