Talking about how good of a director David Fincher is shouldn't really take that much space. Fincher is, without a doubt, one of the best living directors - Se7en, Fight Club, The Social Network and this one (I know there are more). I have seen the swedish version and I think it is a great movie, so I was really looking forward to seeing this one - and I honestly think it is much better than the original, mostly because of Finchers dark way of telling a story. The score fits perfectly and I really think Craig and Mara did a superb job. This might actually be on of my favorite Fincher movies, just below Se7en and Zodiac.

I've just ordered tickets for the danish premiere for Gone Girl on October 23rd. Can't wait!
