Acting could use some work but it's still a nice watch. Sick stuff to realize that it's a possibility.

Secret Life Of Walter Mitty (2013)

    Great movie, 8.5/10

What I loved is how, during the movie, the adventurous life was romanticized... But at the end it's just as well an oath to the people behind the screens. Perfect balance in meaning, very nice.

There is Ndrangheta and Camorrah that exist today. They made a movie in 2008 about today Camorrah and actually won Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival in 2008 among few others:

Italy was always divided. South remained always with problem always corrupted and had poor development in core structure doesn't match up with the rest of Italy. Despite the superficial touch ups and developing the tourism so many things remain the same.

That looks as if it could be a good film. Thanks for the suggestion, I'm going to track that down.

If you like the movie above, try Gomorrah Connection aka Il Clan dei Camorristi. Good series.

Check also Corleone and Romanzo criminale!

Seems like a good movie a but bit like modern soap opera sound like american style of movie.
I really liked La piovra series had more reality to it for its times and Damiani added Cattani character which made it interesting than Vancini,Perelli and Battiato kinda followed Damiani steps in series..
Also "gomorrah" camorrah movie is is based on savaino journalism book on camorrah organization.

The story is based on actual blood laws/ codes . Dark, gritty, slow moving drama with a few minor moments of action. Both Nicholas Cage and Tye Sheridan play their roles excellently in it and its by far Cage's best performance in a long time.

This is essentially a darker version of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, or at least thats how it came across to me. It was different, if not a little confusing in its execution at times, but thoroughly enjoyable all the same. 7/10

Star Wars II: Attack of the Clones
Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith

Believe me or not. I've just watched the prequel trilogy of the Star Wars movies for the first time ever. Don't know what took me so long Truly great movies!
I'll probably watch IV, V and VI very soon
