It be wrong to instantly write him off, but I personally don't think its a great appointment, especially with the managers position at Tottenham becoming increasingly demanding. He just doesn't have enough experience for me. Hell not get away with getting beat 5 or 6 times in succession at Spurs - the way he did at Southampton. Tottenham also seem to lack in key players, whereas as at Southampton they had those to certain degree, in Rickie Lambert and Adam Lallana. And after last season spending spree, I doubt hell have much of a transfer budget at his disposal.
