Last year wasn't bad for them, they lost in the CL to the strongest team in the world. I guess, that's an okay season. You can't be in the final every year even the biggest teams aren't.

This year is a question that's for sure, mostly in the Bundesliga. The main reason is imo that they have a huge amount of injuries. Can't remember one time Klopp had the full squad to choose from.

ps.: If they would win trophies, they couldn't keep their big players. Just see Reus, he always said he wants to stay, but money wins - if not for the player, sure for the club.
