Their team is ageing and with the exception of Stefan de Vrij, Bruno Indi and Memphis Daly there is not a great deal of talent coming through in my opinion, particularly in comparison to previous years. Every country goes through this stage to be fair. Scotland while still poor and under achieving went through it 2-3 years ago and only began to find some form again during the qualifiers, despite missing out on a qualification spot.
