Anybody can do it but what frustrates me is that people either don't see the obvious solution or don't want to go through the pain of implementing it. We've a long term problem and sadly they can't be fixed by short term solutions. They keep asking for changes which don't help things and only create more problems.
E.g. They keep arguing the point that we need quotas on English players for the Premier League so that English youngsters get more chances.
Arsene Wenger has made the correct point and stated that if the players were good enough & cheap enough we wouldnt look abroad. Why not take someone used to the culture and language if quality & price is even? Problem is quality isn't so prices inflate accordingly.
PL clubs can find better for cheaper elsewhere, a result of poor youth coaching leading to lower quality & inflated prices as supply is lower.
If we get it right at the lower levels we don't need backwards policy elsewhere. The problem is simple, the solution is too but people just dont like it because it devalues our league. Problem is it's not built on the right foundations.
