Also @Phael - Outrageous comments about Last of Us :0 One of the most satisfying games I've played in the last 3 years. I actually think videos games have become seriously shit in this period...this game was outstanding in so many things compared to the crap we have now. Atmosphere, story, character depth, pacing and a damn enjoyable playthrough. Graphics are fine too. Few issues with repeating, but not much fault compared to pros... 9/10 reviews from all my buddys that have given it a go!

I agree with the positive comments about The Last of Us. It's definitely one the more outstanding games I've played in recent years. Really enjoyed the gameplay, the story and the Joel-Ellie relationship were actually very emotional (not many games manage to succeed in this department) and the world felt really "full" to me, so to speak.

As far as "now" goes, I just got Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor and will start playing it soon. Also looking forward to some games in the near future like The Evil Within, Far Cry 4 and most of all Dragon Age Inquisition. I loved Dragon Age: Origins, DA2 was a disappointment, but with DA:I it seems they're going back to the "proper" stuff. Also VERY VERY excited for The Witcher 3, but that's 2015.

I see a you guys and most of my friends like The Last Of Us.

I've never played it myself, but i've watched my friends playing it. Have to admit that it Really didn't look that great at all. The story line is something i've Seen a bunch of times in games and movies.

Why has this game Such a high rating ?

First game I played on the Playstation, so my bet that there were not games like TLOU before on that platform? I have to praise the game creators for their storytelling though, which was sublime. Perhaps many people were touched by the story [characters] , so hence the high rating.

I guess i should play it myself instead of watching others playing it. But i really dont find the whole Zombie thing Any entertaining. It gets a bit old.

My friend asked me If i wanted to borrow it, but currently borrowing Watch Dogs from him. Need to finish that one first.

Jesus, those are spectacular. The graphics in the forthcoming Metal Gear Solid's aren't too far off that either, thanks to Kojima's newly developed Fox Engine.

Im a big survival horror, particularly games like Silent Hill and Resident Evil, but those have went drastically down hill in more recent years - although Capcom seem to be realigning their ideas and making some improvements to the franchise - so I'm always looking out for something new to fill the void that they've left, and this, along with The Evil Within are looking good for it. They've even adopted those claustrophobic camera angles that were synonymous with the first 3 Resident Evil's.

Those damn 64-bit operating systems. Without them, you can't play anything new on your machine. I could run a Win 7 64-bit system, but I can't mess with that yet, I've got a lot of important data on my computer and I'm too scared I might fuck something up and lose it by installing a new system and saying goodbye to the current one...
