The reality is what makes your arguments wrong. Without this policy there would have been between 400-500 million more people which would have made them even more poor just like the rest of Asia. So why hasn't any other country with your suggestions been doing well?

If nature had a way of controlling things, humans wouldn't be destroying this planet including every other living creature living on it.
