One of the hottest Russian producers who made a big progress on the progressive trance scene within the last 12 months, Gordey Tsukanov, contributes to #darkalliance with his massive 3 tracks EP Fonogen / Doped. Feeling of his significant style is spread from the very first seconds of each track. Nice play of gentle drumbeats with spooky pads and fat saw synths create some hypnotic atmosphere which is built up until the climax, making some breathtaking progression throughout the tunes and remind what Darkpload Records is known for among the people. Both original mixes are very dark and moody and the club mix of Fonogen is a great addition to them, introducing some chunky sounds and modern trance elements to make the original theme more suitable for the dancefloors yet to make this EP to be pleasant to those who likes some old school progressive vibes and who are pretty much new to the progressive trance.
