I may not like most of the big room stuff coming out of Coldharbour lately but this is reason enough to keep tabs on Coldharbour and Markus.

One of the most groovy tracks I've heard this year, can't wait to see this revealed.

And Armin thinks deep prog tracks are not danceable. Just have a listen to the crowd's reactions and this in the US as well. Those pitch bends/big room sounds he used in his previous tracks really need to die and burn it totally goes against everything he was good for.

Nice track, the first decent track he's made in a loooong time.

    Possibly.

It doesn't sound like him to me because of the way it builds, its structure, and the bassline isnt Rex's more signature chunky basslines. I dunno if that made much sense, but I think Dakota is very plausible, has kind of that same really deep an dark vibe that Doors Open has.

true, i just disagree about his productions: is not THAAAT hard to find anything good by him in the last 3 years. His remix of be yourself, gypsy room, re-swirl...

and i hope that he will back to his old progressive style. is very clear that we have 2 markus: the markus that play some progressive, and the "HEY IM TIESTO" markus.

It's probably not going to happen though, because Markus' agent is the same dude who manages Armin and is also creator of Armada music (who also managed Tiesto previously) and also manages W&W, Sander van Doorn, and number of other guys as well.

Just realized this is rip is from the UK but still I stand by my point.

David Lewis has always been Markus' agent since he started Coldharbour, or did he go wrong back then already to you?

I already knew that. I am just saying that now that David Lewis has so much control and wants world domination it's most likely that Markus won't play progressive tunes consistently in his sets anymore.

Indeed, sounds a lot like Danilo's productions. Has the same kind of sounds Danilo uses: Kick, synths, the way he uses the noise...

Tune of 2008: Alex M.O.R.P.H. - Walk The Edge [Alex M.O.R.P.H. B2B Woody van Eyden Remix]
Tune of 2009: Bobina - Invisible Touch [Ferry Corsten's Touch]
