Thanks badass, not overcome with sadness because in truth, I said my goodbyes a while ago. More a feeling of acceptance today, in a way I'm also glad he's finally got some peace. His quality of life was questionable, and it was upsetting at times to see him struggling.

He was a family dog and someone within the family took ownership for the past several years when they moved away. They've both been back with us again for close to a year but because of the dogs age and injuries we knew his time was short.

nice to see you at peace even with such a tragic event...even though you said your goodbyes a long time ago, it's tough to look on the bright side...i hate hearing of any pets' death...

Ah, I remember when my dog died. Actually had to cry a bit about it (which is quite rare for me), he really was a dear friend. I'm sorry to hear it Darren, glad to hear you have fond memories of him.
My first track, let me know what you think!

Please give me feedback, I want to get better

Thanks Alex, we've still some pets here, 1 cat (same age as dog that just passed) & another rescue dog we took in aged 3, is never nice to see one go.

Uplifting trance in Belgrade, the capitol of Serbia, and I wasn't there to witness it. I didn't even know about that festival. God I am so sad right now. I hope there's going to be another one in the following months.

just a bit?`that´s hard for me to understand when he was a dear friend who you loved really much!
when my bunny died i cried a whole day because he died in my arms literally after waking me up...posted the story here a time ago but wont look it up because i know i´ll burst out in tears again... and i sporadically cried here and there the time after when i thought about him

If you're thinking about the past or if your mind is in another place other than the moment you're not thinking about what you could be doing 'right now'. You're not living, you're just existing, distracted while your energy is being consumed. Put it to towards what you could be doing in this moment, for everytime you're thinking about the opportunities that did slip by, guess what ... some others do while your mind & energy is being wasted.
    That's some great advice Darren

Thanks but just to make clear, take control of your own mind, not that of others!

Though technically if you follow what I say aren't I doing just that? I do like it to be a cognitive process taken with free will however!

Just back from the Opticians. Lost my glasses over the summer and held of replacing them until now but I've been struggling to read the display at uni, so thought I better get a pair sooner rather than later. Turns out my eye sights is a lot worse than I thought. Its currently functioning at 17-18.5. I can barely read without aid on my left eye at all. On top of that I've UV damage. Today is a bad day.

Sorry to hear, I'm short sighted myself but fairly even between the eyes. Also got some floaters too but nothing can be done about them so just gotta deal. Is one of those things where you feel at the mercy of your health because you're dependent upon your sight and theres no active way of really managing their condition other than through rest.
