Now waiting for my dinner to be ready and listening to Nuera from 2010. Can someone be that genious and talented?!

And tonight I am going out with my friend, but I'd rather spend the night at home. I hope a couple of beers will change that.

I just put butter and gauda cheese on top of slices of a bread and let that bake in oven for a couple of minutes. Simple, but I love it. That's for my second dinner. For my first dinner I had beef soup, cooked beef and cooked potatoes with garlic sauce. Delicious!

I'm reading the book Nine Ball by Jeff Allen. The guy is quite a player and describes his screwed up past, his decision to become a player, and how he went from an alcoholic value leach (successful at being a player nonetheless) to having a rather holistic lifestyle in which he gives off value and positive emotions instead (while still being a very successful player ). The emotional crap he deals with and the transformations he goes through are really inspiring, I find myself regularly taking quotes from the book for my personal development.

Today I bought a Soundcloud Unlimited plan! Check it out: www.soundcloud.com/alexbravomusic, got pretty much all my mixes on there now.

Please let me know what you think if you're into my kind of music, I'd really appreciate that I'm really trying to promote my mixes because I'm so passionate about it, trying to evoke certain feelings and such...

Oh and I mentioned a book a few posts ago, here's a quote to try to show what it's all about:
"Rather than trying to stuff my emotions, from now on I am going to allow myself to experience them fully, recognizing them for what they are: signals, designed to support and guide me."

This may be not such a big thing in your countries, but in Serbia, I call this a miracle. Must save money now, hope I'll go there.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand Simon Patterson as well! Can't believe it, tickets will be like 10-15 EUR, it's ridiculous!

Nothing can get me nervous. In my class, everyone knows that. I am such a calm guy, I don't argue, I don't fight, I avoid all of that. But when I lose in FIFA 14 (and especially when I concede retarded goals), I am ready to kill.

Got up at 7.30 this morning with the intention of starting a super exciting report on how stratum effects the design of foundations and so far I've done absolute nada but spout nonsense on here and Facebook.

A little thing I do to help my focus when at the computer on a study or important task. I backup & then remove my personal settings on the browser. E.g. I delete any bookmarks I have, history & auto login fields from my favorite sites.

It helps to break those mental distraction ruts each and every one of us gets into. So e.g.

    Instead of:

    1. Click Facebook on bookmarks toolbar
    2. Read content

    It's:

    1.Punch in url for Facebook.
    2. Enter username & password and enter.
    3. Read content.

You get more conscious steps involved and the opportunity to slap yourself before being distracted.

Yep, making conscious decisions is the big one when it comes to doing the right things.

I usually just keep in mind whether something will help me to be who & where I want to be (and I do grant myself some controlled leisure). Laying out the path to my self-defined success consciously keeps me going. Hope it helps @Nangle.
