Just a simple twitter like thread, post something that made you happy today. Can be something small or large but just lets others on the forums read a uplifting message from others. Just a place to share some feel good factor and cheer you up if you've had a bad day.

Today a friend of the family passed along some clothes that no longer fit him. I found a 'Timberland' hoodie amongst them. Is barely worn, perhaps a size too large but is comfy and warm with a good hood. Exactly the kind of clothing I need right now and it's free, so that's made me happy

nice idea darren, today i cleaned the inside of my car as good as possible and on my way home i decided spontaneously to go into the woods to enjoy the silence!
i got rewarded with beautiful impressions and total silence - loved it (:

Something that made me happy today.
Hmm, that's not a lot I'm affraid.
I'm happy that I was able to use my bank-card to pay again when I was in the supermarket just a 10 mins ago.
I'm also happy that all the mess I had here in my apartment got cleaned (by myself). Had dishes of like a week and through everything around (plates clothes mail). I'm usually not like that, I like having everything cleaned etc, but sometimes I can't get myself to it and then it gets a big mess after a while.....

Well not really actually. I'm usually aware of how much I have. Last month was a bitch with bills and all a lot of income was delayed. Fortunately for me, quite some money is on its way so I'll be fine. But it is quite nasty to having to ask a friend if I could have dinner there....

Today was an important day in my life as a student: I presented my ideas and plans for my bachelor thesis and got officially approved! And hooray - it will be about EDM! So excited to dive into the world of electronic music in a more scientific way (psychoacoustics / psychophysics)
nice work christine, maybe you can share your work with me once finished - i discovered the psycho-acoustic models while i was reading into audio formats and encoder technologies, really interesting!
we cleaned our IT-warehouse today and dug out really old stuff the whole day - in the evening we went to a steakhouse where we spent the rest of the day - sh1t was so cash!
made me happy to have a lot of laughs and to strengthen our "workmate friendships" (:
