I thought this was quite an interesting read. Exactly how much truth there is in it though, I don't know. Ill allow yous to draw your own conclusions.

    o_O commercial EDM is fake and sucks ?? I can't believe it, what a skandal !! :P

nah srsly just the usual stuff in the business, i always have to laugh when i see some totally random guys suddenly popping up in beatport charts with 100% generic bigroom music. Buy some tracks, get a huge advertisement-budget and sell some random guys as the new "super-awesome-DJs" to the masses, thats just the way it works unfortantly :/

The people who listen to this music really don't care what ghost producer is behind the name behind the alias of the track they can't remember the track title of. The people who think it's shit often make a bit fuss about how it's all made by someone else or not mixed properly or whatever, even though they usually don't even listen to that music. So...

    WHY DO YOU CARE???
My first track, let me know what you think!

Please give me feedback, I want to get better

i dont see anything wrong here. Seriously, this bigroom crap is made for masses, its part of pop-music in 2013-4. Just as you dont expect Rihanna, Madonna, Britney or others writing their own tracks, why would you assume the DJs need to write their own stuff.
This guy is obviously Max Martin of EDM.

I think alot of people are still confused, because traditionally DJs were responsible for creating their own tracks, but ever since the emergence of pop-star DJs like Armin, Tiesto and others, it has been like that.
2016 TOP 5 (updated in July)

    3. M.I.K.E. Push - Estivate
    4. The Noble Six - Oddworld
    5. Aurosonic - They Wait For Us (Progressive Remix)

Here's the difference between Stampede and Tsunami: https://soundcloud.com/arpheus/arpheus-epic-trashleg

I knew about this, but it's still funny to me. And the best thing is, people still arguing with you if you say that their favourites can't even produce a proper track.

I post this one here, because it fits pretty well:

    http://www.wunderground.ie/paris-hiltons-100k-paycheck-breaks-world-record-for-most-cash-received-for-doing-absolutely-nothing/

Its a bit funny how people complain how rediculous it is that Paris can get so much money for her "DJing"... after all its still the principle of supply and demand that applies to DJ fees just like it does to anything else.
Someone who owns a club or runs events won't pay 100k $ just because he likes to throw money out of the window or to recieve a BJ from Paris... infact it means that there are quite a bunch of people willing to pay quite a huge price to see DJ-Paris-Hilton, so as a result of that demand Paris can "DJ" for so much money.
Quite hillarious but thats reality :/
