Outstanding Trance Tracks of the Modern Era (2010 and beyond).

There are too many to mention, but one of the tracks that blows me away at every listen is this one:

Airwave & Jimmy Galle - Karaba (Airwave Mix)


Okay maybe it's not technically trance... But it's by Airwave so I think it's allowed.

Absolute perfection. One of my favourite tracks of all time though it's a little too recent to truly say that (2013 but I only really found out about it last year). It took me a while to really appreciate it but one day I heard this song playing on my MP3 player, not knowing/remembering the tune and I was transported to a completely different dimension.

A track that is similar in some respects:
Airwave & DJ Fire - Kabalash (Van Bellen Remix)


Also amazingly good and has that same ability to transport you to completely different worlds. Didn't immediately love it on first listen, but now it gets better every time and I always find myself completely lost in other realms of existence when either of these tunes come on on my MP3 player. To me that is pretty much the best music can ever get (at least when sober).

Also released in 2013... If anyone knows any similar tracks, please share!

I thought it was going to be a breaks track (seeing that it's from Airwave). I don't see why it wouldn't be considered trance. For what it's worth, it's the best track on this page.

Airwave - Pray for Happiness [2016]

Interesting track by Airwave that combines elements of his recent Middle Eastern style with his more gentle 'Reset/Operation Hyper' style. At times the track fails to deliver, but overall it's a good track.

So it's nearly been 3 years since I first created this thread, and darn somehow it reached 50k views. I've just started updating the original post by writing better descriptions for the tracks and adding new things; it's funny to see some of the cheesy stuff I wrote back then.
I'm also glad to revisit some gems that I listed but never really heard again, such as Nitrous Oxide's gems from Dreamcatcher:


Going back to the thread itself-
Reading the first few pages genuinely made me smile. I love the positive vibe expressed in most of the posts. It was actually silly for me not to list Photographer's Airport in the original post (but it seems that at some point I gave in and added it! hehe).

Sadly, after 2014 and the Transmission sets I pretty much stopped following new Trance releases. Except for a few productions (like Robert Vadney's Cosmic Trance Mission), I don't actually know that much Trance from 2015-2016 that I would like to add to the list. Could anyone help with this?
