I realized some years ago that i needed ones for partying because each time i went to an event i got that deep noise in the ear which is annoying and harmful in long-term. Nowadays i usually use them for partying in indoor events.
I use these Elacin ER15 (Similar to pic), costed about 200€.
It's funny that in Spain when you wear them they ask you why do you put them, there isn't a strong culture about protecting ears from high volume environments. How's in your country?

I dont but I am going to start because of my tinnitus so it doesnt get any worse. I dont really notice it during everyday life its only when im trying to sleep the ringing does my head in so I put music on when I go to bed now. Iv never seen anyone wear them in Scotland but I would recomend getting them im 32 being going to dance events since I was 15 I wish I started wearing them when I was early 20s

I don't , but I should! I really should lol.

I never went for professional moulded ones but I'd strongly advise anybody going regularly to protect their hearing, if not, to at least become aware of the risks.

I'm pretty worried about what my ears are gonna be like when I'm older. I guess hearing-aids will be banging in 50 years, but should probably consider using earplugs when going to big nights out. I just love loud volume so much though!

I only have gone once but I use those cheap ones you get at the F1. The F1 ruined my hearing a little bit I feel.
I was actually asked by one of the guys why I was wearing my ear plugs. Most of the people werent wearing any at all. These days I listen to music at a really low volume but I hate it how a lot of films have such loud and chaotic sounds.

Not always, it depends on the venue. There are clubs that I know that will always have some nice volume that wont fuck up my ears and in where I won't need them, but when I go to festivals and parties which I dont know how high the volume will be, then I carry some earplugs, and just cheap ones like the ones they give you on planes... they work perfect![]()

Always. If girls ask, I'm a DJ and producer so that's only a good excuse to tell them. Sometimes ends up checking out my equipment at home, having one last drink...
Juuust kidding, just kidding of course.

My first track, let me know what you think!
Please give me feedback, I want to get better
Oh and don't be afraid to go to my Facebook page and hit like button, it's there for a reason

I probably should use more often. Last two or three times I thought music wasn't that loud so I didn't feel need for earplugs. But of course you can still notice the minor effects later on.
In bigger festivals music usually tends up to be much louder so for those I carry ear plugs with me.

I have the Elacin ER15 as well, paid 160. After purchase I noticed they were not strong enough yet so they replaced the filter for me, I have -19 or -25 dB now
I didn't wear earplugs for a long time, but noticed some hear loss so I bought the Elacins. Short review: It took me two times to get used to these things to have them in my ears physically, but it enhances my club nights because the music sounds better this way and it's easier to talk this way![]()

^^ Exactly, you hear better when ppl are talking to you in louder environments and also you dont spend your voice in talking to ppl. Did u purchase the -19/-25dB filters as well? Maybe i should reconsider it, since it's easy to remove and install them and some clubs are louder than others.

I have a €20 Alpine set which works good for me. I use them all the time at partys and have an older set in my wallet in case I forget the good ones.. still helps![]()

No, but i know i should, anyway right now i am attending to a gig every 3 or 4 months so its ok
