What's really popular right now in my country are tracks like "
DJ Xxx ft.
Yyy - Zzz", where the DJ Xxx has no contributions or whatsoever, the music, the arrangement and writing lyrics are all being done by somebody else, while the
DJ Xxx shows on TV, twists the knobs, presses buttons on a DJ mixer and the decks with that having no effect at all and the
DJ setup not even being plugged in, and the female-full-of-silicon-and-botox singer
Yyy just sings her part without having any knowledge on music and no talent or voice for the job (we got autotune and various other plug-ins to fix that). Oh yeah, she's not even singing live (lip-synching, of course). And the lyrics of that song are sooo deep and meaningful, rainbows coming out of your eyes and ears... And something else out of your butthole.
