Sickener, man. Is it a contract? If you're pretty sure you're not going to get it back then ask your cell provider to lock it. This means that if they attempt to sell the phone through one of those websites that offer cash for old mobiles then if they choose to send it it will automatically flag flash up on their systems and be sent back to your cell provider.

There's a chance I'll get it back, gonna find out more about that tomorrow. I did that lock with my cell provider already. Thanks for the help, anyway!
