I haven't been eating right for the last couple of days. For instance, I just had my 3rd meal of the day (11 PM - I usually have at least 5 by then) - and even those 3 were minimalistic (if I combine those 3, I'd get my regular 1,5 meal)! For one half of those days, I've been hungover, but now I don't know WTF is going on.
