Ive been checking other alernatives as well but like NH Zandvoort is charging around 130 per night, Carlton even more. Excl breakfast I believe.

Currently Van der Valk rate is €79,- incl breakfast so thats a saving of like €60-70 per room per night (2 persons). Easily €300,- for 5 nights ! Worth the short drive

That's true. Looks like a nice hotel, but its not that convenient for those who wanna stay longer after the party and the trains are not going anymore.

Yeah... Haarlem is about 20 - 30 minutes by bus service afaik, which goes until late

I'm just on the cautious side. I got spoiled by all night running trains between Rotterdam and Amsterdam and the idea of no trains between 1am and 6am is not a pleasant one.

Thinking of taking the NH Zandvoort hotel if I'm going, but yeah quite expensive. What are your plans Thijs?
