You´d have to take the train to AMS Centraal and from there is a Airport Train-Shuttle!
At least that´s how we did get there last year, maybe there´s another way also.

Best option is to head to Zandvoort or Haarlem and take the bus from there to the beach

Train from the airport to Amsterdam, literally cross to the other side of the platform, board another train to Zandvoort and a shuttle to the beach. That's what we done last year and will do again this year. Its a lot more covenant than it sounds - trust me!
