I'd argue that this is the best instrumental/uplifting/euro/hi-nrg trance album ever released. Its very consistent and has a great feel throughout the whole album. The coverart also represent the feeling of the album very well. Atmospheric, airy, hihgly energetic, intense, melodic. The music represents a journey through earths atmosphere as you fall down in my mind. Now its more than 10 years since it was released. What it does especially well and what they succeded in was to create a full album of basically just dutch-influenced/supersaw/synthheavy melodic trance music but it never gets dull or boring, even if all the tracks share the same core, kind of. Nowadays no one seem to have the guts to do this.

Does it still hold up ? Do you agree or disagree with my statement? Which of the tracks are your pic of choice?

Actually weird enough, I decided to purchase "Most Wanted" ahead of this some years ago. For sure will buy the hardcopy of this one as well.

Some incredible memories attached to this album, particularly Connective and Freefall. When we were around 18-19 we used to go back to my mates Gran's house - where he stayed while she was in Australia - after wed been clubbing, put this on and listen to it until the sun came up and effects of our ecstasy wore off. One particular memory that has always stuck with me is waking up in the corner of the living room, cuddling a large plant pot the next day thinking it had been my girlfriend in bed next to me. We still laugh about that to this day. Thankfully i haven't taken ecstasy since then, but i wouldnt change those memories for the world. You're hard pushed to beat your teen years.

Just listening to the second track "Visual Sonar" right now and must say that I almost prefer these types of tracks over the more obvious ones with stronger synthmelodies.

I think that my favorite songs from that album were certainly Butterfly and Dreamland, but the whole album was superb!

    Absolutely!

So influential, especially Bonsai, many it still holds up minus the cruddy sound quality - That flute doe

Connective and Freefall are still very inspiring, it also had some good remixes as well, especially from the Intuition guys

My favourite one on here by a long mile is Astralis. This one's all about the melody. It's got the quintessential uplifting melody where it becomes more powerful every time it repeats itself.

Yes Astralis is really special, I've been having it on repeat the last months since I never gave it that much attention back in the day.
