On one hand you're probably one of the best Trance producers in the entire globe right now.
On the other hand, would you do it again? I can't imagine myself dedicating 10 years to producing Trance, but then again I am no musician / have 0 music skills.

Cheers for the kind words, but i think theres far better producers than me technically - although maybe not on the creative/visionary side.

And yes,id do it all again in a heartbeat - i believe in living your life and having a passion to follow and carry out - so many people go through this life without doing anything, just working and then die. I say leave a legacy of some sort!!

Fair play for keeping it up mate, many have come and gone. Must be tough finding time and inspiration, you can’t just give an hour here and there, you have to engross yourself into it which is really tough in an ever increasingly hectic world and especially when it’s not your living. All the best for the future!

Chris,is that you hehe? Yeah i changed job shift patterns in 2018 which gave me a lot more spare time, hence my output went back up (34 tracks in 2017/18) - but of course you still have to keep that quality up!

Yep me again. I think I might spend some more time on here, this format of discussion is more up my street than Twitter/Facebook

Tranceaddict still exists, but it's less engaged in the trance scene imo. Trance.nu has been defunct for a decade, and the Matt Hardwick forums straight up gave a 404 error.

There's a post on reddit from 6 years ago that still rings true today:

    https://www.reddit.com/r/trance/comm...miss_trancenu/

you might try trancefix.nl , the community feels much like trance nu did. Tranceaddict lives on, though all that remain are the fiercest of forum warriors and few of them actually listen to trance anymore.

An interesting contrast between then and now:

for the discussion of trance i feel like trancefix.nl has become what trance.nu was, but i feel like the producer sections in every forum just don't hang with what was the trance.nu producers section trance.nu had some really big name regulars just hanging about offering advice/tips etc., was awesome.tranceaddict's user base has dwindled, that's for sure. their local sections are useful for keeping up with events though

Yeah TA is still there but very quiet and not what it was - the producer forum there used to be great - i posted so many of my early works for comments and feedback. Im very thankful the Trance.nu archive is still there so you can search old posts. Wish they did that with Matt Hardwick forum which just vanished!

nice one Adam. If you darken the kick and maybe slow it down a notch, LV 426 (nice reference by the way) you have a stomper of a techno track.

Btw, LV 426 doesnt have a kick - it was an ambient piece - i think you mean the kick from the Darren Tate remix which was the 2nd track. These were my very early works hehe.
