    Yes!

Track sounds awesome with a really nice melody and bass, look forward to getting my ears on the whole thing.

The melody and the breakdown don't fit with the psytrance bass and drums (and the overall theme). And that...thing after the climax is annoying. If you're going to blend 2 or more genres in a track, at least do it subtly. But the break sounds gorgeous, yeah.

don't like it. Too many psy influences in the kick/bassline and drums/FX section.

Lol is this a pain in the ass to mix? Because of the pitched part at the end? Not a DJ so wouldn't know.

The psy bassline seems out of place, but I'd rather have that than the typical JOC/Askew bassline.
Not sure what other psy influences people are seeing in this track.

edit: Just heard the 'pitched' part, and I think it's hilarious.

Not necessarily, but one would have to wait until after the pitched part is over.

The pitched up part sounds completely out of place, but I like the rest. Cool tune.

Track of the year? It's quite addictive and stands out among all others for the same reasons people complain about it:

In my opinion the lack of subtlety and the pitched portion make it a memorable anthem. Both are pluses, not negatives!

    Bassline out of place? Why?

I'm not sure what I think. When you have a different bassline like in this case it could add an extra dimension to the track as opposed to the typical generic uplifting productions. I think its a kinda edgy cool track compared to alot of else in the same bpm/tempo and style but its not that great if you look what Signum has done earlier in his career.

Mostly I feel its not that creative. Both Menno and now Signum tries to mimic the sound from Kearnage/Mental Asylum.
