Dedicated alongside with Movin' Melodies are the best albums from André IMO. He used to have pretty unique sound, even at this time when especially germans were releasing cheesy eurotrance covers of old tracks on a regular basis.

To me Dedicated is one of the highlights of the album alongside with Let U Go, Halcyon and I Wanna Cry.
