Neediness = seriously unattractive - and a major turnoff!

There's a girl, who is really cool all the time, but when we get into a fight because she gets needy (I don't text for a few hours and she attacks me like I stabbed her in the back), she starts being just pathetic, then says she won't text me ever again because I don't care etc. And then, guess what? She texts again! This time, she's singing over a sad song. Now she's calling me over and, at the same time, being mad because I chat with other girls (she's been calling them names as well). And no, we're not dating, not in a relationship, not even friends with benefits, and that has been clear from the start.

Not the first time she's been like this. Can't really take it anymore. I'm not saying majority of the stuff here because it's just way too long... But believe me, there have been some worse situations.

I think I might just break every contact. If this is happening right now, who knows what could happen later, when she gets really attached? Though I don't think she's just gonna give up that easily, and I might have to resort to less mature methods, such as blocking (though I'll just have to avoid her for the rest of the weekend till I go back to college which will be hard).

Is this the worldwide psycho-girls week, @PegaSus? Are they having a convention, like PsyCom?
