Any moment now the results should be coming in for Dennis Sheperd's "Fight Your Fears" remix contest, which I spent many an hour last month on. The winners will get an official release on A Tribute to Life next year and will be playlisted by everyone from Armin to van Dyk to Schulz and so on, so this could be my instant breakthrough into the scene. I do hope he'll announce it soon - it's 7 in the evening where he is now, and he has to announce it by midnight today (which is 4 PM my time). Also have my first final exam today at the same time, so in both instances wish me luck!!

Oh well. I'm still damn proud for being able to prove to myself in making the remix that I could balance school and music, where last year I had a shitty work ethic. I've learned some new things about production along the way, and hopefully I can start to break into the scene in the coming year. Hopefully.

Everywhere I look, I see Star Wars. I'm starting to get mad. Never seen one BTW, and if someone suggests me I do, I'm gonna shove a light-saber into his/hers asshole. It's not the movie, it's just the marketing that has me fed up with it, makes me not wanna see one SW movie, ever.
I hereby proclaim 2015 to be the best year in human history.

This is probably a very controversial statement but I think trance (and other electronic music) has never been better.Did not expect that at all when big room seemed to take over some years ago. Of course I have a lot of favourites from previous years, but they never disappeared. It's all cumulative. And 2015 has had so many quality releases. It seems the world is waking up and we're all headed to an even better future.
Not just with trance but on so many levels...
