Don't see the problem with this? Neither is it that generic nor does it ruin the original.

edit: but it's still far from being close to the original

I love the original, one of Armins best imo - but this is very generic and 'safe' as mentioned...wouldve loved to have remade this myself but wouldve tried to be more creative with it. Wouldve definatly used some of that brilliant spot FX from the original...

Why are you writing in past tense? You could always do that!

Anyways, this is not half bad for a modern uplifter, yet you can't ignore the fact that this is not creative at all.
These are the steps for remixing classics, by most of the uplifting producers:
    1. Take the main melody from a classic just to have that nostalgic effect on the dance floor.
    2. Recycle everything else from your recent uplifting projects.
    3. Mash it up.
    4. Repeat until you have no classics left.

Take. Recycle. Mash. Repeat. Take. Recycle. Mash. Repeat. Take. Recycle. Mash. Repeat. - Someone should make a track like this!

I'm sure this works very good when played live, but it won't be played live anymore in 2-3 months.

I would have appreciated it much more if it was an Original Mix by Will.

Since we're talking of a Remix to a (not fabulous) Armin's old tune, I would have expected a little bit more originality.

    I don't think it's a good update of a classic old tune!
