In my top 10 tracks of all time - the original instrumental version that is. Not sure if theres ever been a better uplifting Trance track - just full of hope,meloncholia...it has it all.

P.S. i did a chilled version of it a few years ago.

Great track but.... Ive always thought it sounded badly produced.... like the sound isnt right, or the quality is really low. At first I thought it was the copy I had on my comp, but since grabbing the original it seems that's how it sounds. Surely I'm not alone in feeling this?

Ive never thought that - all Tate's production had a great warmth and a rounded feel - no harsh elements. I think you may have a badly recorded MP3,as mine doesnt sound great - and if you purchase it from any store, its the same copy. Maybe it was badly recorded in the first place?

Classics like this one just grows stronger every year meanwhile generic crap gets released every day.

Well its all about the melody isnt it - no one is making these emotional dramatic epic pad-led tracks anymore. But the melody is king here. I dont think Darren ever bettered this himself.
