In between making awesome sound banks and sample packs, Project 8 from Dublin has been working very hard on his debut EP for Outburst Records! Here we have a double whammy of monster tracks that remind us of the classic and hedonistic days of ‘BXR’ and ‘Bosh’ - but with a fresh and modern sound that is totally Outburst! ‘Injector’ is a first class tech-trance anthem that has been setting dancefloors alight all over the globe at label boss Mark Sherry’s recent gigs. A ferocious kickdrum and bass lead the charge, combined with crazy detuned stabs and techy beats, taking us all the way to the massive spine-tingling breakdown – a future anthem in the making! Followed by ‘Audiological Warfare’ that bangs right from the word go, with it’s sub-tone kick and subsonic basslines. A dark, moody & catchy melody introduces itself in the breakdown that works it’s way deep into your mind - building anticipation all the way up to the return of those killer beats at the savage drop!
