    Deadmau5 - Polaris [Mau5trap]

Shall never post something from Deadmau5, but quite digging this one to be honest. Very Michael Cassette a like though.

Pretty minimalistic tune, the breakdown takes too long, Overall it sounds soo phatt and analogue. Purchased it as I love to hear it in HQ
Happiness is everywhere, but it's never complete...

I can smell a bit of Eric Prydz influence on this one, very cool track.

Thought same, Michael Cassette vibes on this one. Found this much better than his other stuff lately.

    I disagree.

This is very mediocre. Just me who can't stand these sloppy copy-paste beats?
Where is the music in todays "trance"?

Have to agree on the sloppy beats, I hate them. The rest is pretty lush , melodic wise. By far a perfect track , but for Deadmau5's standard it's good.

True, percussion is rather generic and safe. Although I quite like the part from 7:35 where the bells play on top of the main synth, would say that's quite trancy.

Badly produced, maybe 10 tracks total on this track. Mediocre, nothing new.

What's wrong with a smaller number of tracks? Sometimes less is more, and IMO a lot of trance these days suffers from an overuse of layering sounds.
