Not for me sorry Dave. Sounds like pretty much everything else nowadays. Generic, loud and very harsh on the ears.

The thing thats so hard to get for me is that all these guys who makes these things dont seem to get it at all. How bad and generic is really is.
Where is the music in todays "trance"?

The standard for uplifting trance nowadays is so low that as long as a track is fast, banging and has some form of an uplifting melody it's already amazing pure trance for a lot of people even though it all sounds disgustingly generic. What's even worse is that this style has sounded pretty much exactly the same for the last 8 years and as long as it's generally so well accepted, producers will just continue to make it.

    That's how I see it...

These classics should come with a clause that would stop anyone from remixing them for official releases. 99% of them are average at best.

I'm often trying to be positive here but now I just won't. Butchering. Seems like the producers nowadays care more about releasing their tracks than about music.

When they butcher one of Gagis top 5's he finally reacts

Whats even weirder is Arksun's post on fb:

Tonight on Armins A State Of Trance was played the exclusive first public play of Factoria remix of Arksun - Arisen. I think he did a stellar job!
Factoria was actually a decent producer in the past, but never rated him high though.

    Aww, you remembered!

The one who dares doing the same to Airwave - Ladyblue is going to be stoned and made an example of...and forced to listen to the generic uplifting kick & bassline pattern for a month, non-stop.
