This is not the first time it has happen. Darren Porter & Gareth Weston ripped of Airwave in what was said to be a heavily under the influence artistic session. They only realised the similarities after it was signed to Tytanium and released. Darren was the A&R so he of course picked his own song for a release.

In this occassion I tend to believe GO because he elected to speak about it and change the track. Others in his position would not have done so. Still, it's normal for artists to get inspired by previous productions. In some cases it's obvious is the action to copy a particular track is deliberate or not (I'm thinking of that Sean Tyas rip off on AVA Recordings)
