One of Lange's best and one of the best Trance remixes full stop.

I found this in a techno loving friends vinyl collection- having never heard it myself- and being gobsmacked by it. His answer was 'it's just a quality tune'.

    Think that still stands today.

"And the life that makes us what we are,
Is the life that burns in every star,
Will it be ....that our legacy,
Is just the dead machines of a senseless world?

And we must remember who we are,
If the Earth's to breathe and smooth the scar,
This is our one chance...to restore the equilibrium,
    This is our one chance,
    As we move...

    ...to the millennium"

First heard this on cassette in the year 2000 (I was dancing to it like mad), i was curious how it got there then few weeks later it was be played in the Kiss and Helax radio from Czech republic, then I knew brother recording it from that radio interesting times when you could hear such hits only from radion or vinÿl or cassette.

I think Lange's music from that era still holds up today as he had a really crisp, driving style...still sounds quite fresh compared to a lot of producers back then which can sound very dated now.

IMHO I consider this to be an example of the cheesier side of millennium-era trance (mainly for how melodramatic it is). But if done right, there ain't nothing wrong with cheese in this music

Funnily it is one of the types of Trance I most like, melancholic/dramatic. With or without cheese.
