Because of my upcoming System F show at Dreamstate SoCal on Saturday November 24 at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino in the USA, I was asked to make a special System F show, for Dreamstate Radio. In this week's episode of Dreamstate Radio I will tell you more about my System F project, I’m going to play some System F tracks of course, plus you will hear some brand new tracks as well!
    Yeeehaaa, partytrance

For the rest, we will see. What I dislike about the comeback of Gouryella is the "showcase" thing and Ferry always playing exactly the same sets. I am glad that Ferry brings the System F sounds back, if it brings the happy partytrance back as well. The little cheese edge is something that I really miss these days!!

    Supersaws!
Happiness is everywhere, but it's never complete...

Thijs wrote exactly my reply, so yeah, what else to say?

System F has some great ones, "Together", "Elevate", "Spaceman", "Dance Valley Theme 2001", "Ignition, Sequence, Start", and of course the famous "Exhale" and "Out Of The Blue".

For me this project might even be bigger than Gouryella. Tenshi, Walhalla, Anahera (I personally don't like Gouryella, the track, not that much).

The best would be to have Ferry just play 'all' his classics when playing as Gouryella or System F. Then he also has more tracks to choose from, and sets can remain spontanious. Why not play Carte Blance, Out of The Blue, Tenshi, Punk, all in one set? Have Ferry Corsten as alias for newer sets, Flashover material, etc. And have (pick any) Gouryella, System F, as a sort of classics-alias.

Yeah, I think most of the System F tracks I mentioned are better. Or at least sound better when listening today. I understand the tracks nostalgic importance for many listeners, but dont feel it that much.

Ferry’s ‘Rock Your Body Rock’, Indigo.. maybe even those... “Embrace - Embrace”.

Gouryella is not bad, for me its a classic too, the pitchbended ‘siren’ FX is great and memorable. The bassline is nice and the melodies are Ok. But it didnt age well for me. I think Walhalla and Tenshi sound way better, and I also like those melodies more.

I feel the same about Rank 1 ‘Airwave’. Great track, a classic, but they have better tracks. Such is Life, Breathing, Symsonic, Awakening.

I'd love to hear some older sounding supersaws with a modern production, without sounding like an old fart, the polished leads on a lot of new stuff can sound repetitive. Gouryella rebirth started well but tailed off for me. Interested to see where this goes.

(All this reminded me of Solstice, absolute monster of a tune!)

Meh. It will probably sound exactly the same as his gouyryella 'comeback' releases.
    Old Skool Trance FTW!!!
