Release Date: 30/08/2019Emerging with a contemporary interpretation of one of the most recognizable Trance classics (produced by Darren Tate) of all time, Binary Finary offer more power than you could ever imagine. From the iconic melody to the stadium-wrecking bass and tailspinning synths, this remix of Jurgen Vries 'The Theme' has fully fledged Trance anthem written all over it.

A good remix on a classic by Darren Tate!
The original is within my top 10 "of all time". But this rmeix... Aweful. That kick is way too loud and punchy.
I also don't like that the main melody got a slight sidechain on it. There's way too many elements and noise sidechained anyway. I mean, listen carefully. What do you exactly hear besides that huge kick, and the main famous synth melody? It's just noise.
No mysterious pads or rhythmic percussion, no counter melodies, nothing creative in it's drumwork. It's pretty bad.

Bass and Kick combo doesnt work at all on main part.
Miikka Leinonen Feat Kim Kiona - Breath Of The Wild (Alter Ego Pure) COMING OUT SOON!! Including Original and Dub Mixes (remixes by Taival and Atraxia & Aamos on separate release)
I'm sorry but this is just disgraceful piece of shit.. Binary Finary has gotta be one of the most overrated trance act of all time. They made one hit track, of which the original track kinda blows and the remixes are the ones that make it. After that they've made nothing but bad tracks that are stylistic copies of other tracks, they have zero originality or own sound. This remix absolutely shits on the original track, takes all the class and sophistication out of it and turns it into a generic sledgehammer ear rape, just so the guys can stamp their stupid name on the track.. Why do people do this??
The original still holds up just fine!

Exactly - theyre STILL living off the success of 1998 - which was down to the great remixes anyway. They made two original tracks in the whole of the 2000's decade...they basically rely on the reputation of 1998 to still get gigs and get other producers to collab with them. The guy who DJs for the act wasnt even in the group in the 90's - it was two British producers originally.
Binary Finary are nothing nowadays. Awful sledgehammer mix.
