I know that I need to listen them on my own (I did that), but I also like to know opinions from owners..
    Headphones I heard live :
HD 25: they isolate hell of alot of noise, not sure about comfort on long sets. Another plus is that they are very sturdy ( never heard of a broken HD25 and only heard positive things). the sound seems to be ok but I will go to the shop again to compare with HDJ2000
RPDH1200: didn't like them, sounds a bit.. not bad but not special.. also felt uncomfortable and heavy for the long run..

I heard the Denon HP1000 (same drivers as XD53), and the hinges felt like they were not very strong. isolation and sound were ok but I didn't like one cup swiveling and the other not.
For me it is the HD 25 vs HDJ2000 now, Honestly I think it will be the HD25, but if the HDJ is worth the extra money, I will buy it, but first I will go to the shop again
New concept: mixing as many EDM genres in one mix as possible, to obliterate narrowmindedness Borders within Genres vanguish, check out my mix consisting of DnB, Dubstep, Hardstyle, House and of course TRANCE!

Only problem I have noticed is that after about 2 hours my outer ear gets sore because of the small cups. This is pretty typical for DJ headphones (for me). I think it may just be because I have ears bigger than dumbo.

Bottom Line: these cans are a definite buy!!!
    yes........im thinking of getting these........

Bought HD 25's, I compared them to the >100 euro more expensive HDJ 2000, the HDJ sounded better, looked nicer, felt nicer, but the isolation was crap. Isolation is paramount for me as I want to protect my ears for as long as possible. If I want great sound Ill buy an HD800 if I'm rich, and I will still be able to enjoy it fully because I don't need to turn the volume up that much now
The HD25 sounds pretty good too, but a bit muffled across the spectrum.
(I have sennheiser PMX100 and 200's gathering dust, if someone wants to buy it for a neat price PM me)

a bit late in the day...but XD-53's are the bomb if you've got a Xone mixer...sound quality is out of this world :-)

I'm thinking about upgrading my current pair of Shure SE215 to In-Ear StageDivers 3. But they are pretty pricey. Does anyone happen to own a pair of these already and if so, how are they?
