This here is a 160kbps MP3 release and not a 192kbps one. As ETN now (new in 2007) broadcasts in 128kbps AAC+ or 128kbps MP3 this is a transcoded version. A "nuked" one in fact as the bitrate is higher than that of the original broadcast so the quality is even lower than that of the original 128kbps version (lossy decoding and re-encoding steps have been involved to reach at 160kbps). Even if it was broadcasted by "someone" in 160kbps, this someone "nuked" the file by himself - this is not a native ETN broadcast!
