Alright, listen here everyone - we all know December is just around the corner. "All I Want For Christmas", "Last Christmas", "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" and perhaps even "Dance Of The Sugar Plum Fairy" will be played constantly on your local radio station and who knows, they might even find a way to blast it out in the open when you sleep; You know, just for fun! But not here! Here we grab you by the balls (respectively) and begin firing up that engine - there's no Christmas in Trance and Hoplite makes sure of this, in the 14th episode of TranceFix Radio!

"But oh no, dear TranceFix, what will be played then!?" - well, damnit, look at the name of the episode! Hoplite is about to take you to a place that usually only hallucinogens can, bamboozling your ears and mind, likely showing you colors and shapes your mind can't even comprehend yet. He will open your third eye and make you see into the 5th dimension. By the powers of Psychedelic Trance, he will make you believe your Christmas tree actually caught fire, but worry not, it's just two trillion colours flying around, warping space and time.

When Einstein wrote down his General Theory of Relativity it is a well known fact he listened to Psychedelic Trance while doing so and to honor his name and every single harmless substance out there, we give you - HOPLITE

I wasn't prepared that it's gonna be this good! Where's the warning?

Absolutely loved it and haven't skipped a second whilst doing label related activities. Kata you have full right to ban anyone who's gonna try to skip it. I haven't heard a single track from the mix before. Too *ucking good!

Definitely gonna play this mix a lot and shared it with my friend Daniel Lesden from JOOF, he's into this sort of music lately.

Paldies mister @Hoplite!

Blew it out the water @Hoplite! Great mix and discovered about 15 new tracks for the collection.

Most tracks are from this year, or spread all over the place?

Thanks for the kind words, fellas. :)
With everything I record (and this mix is no exception) I always feel like I could've done something different or better later on, regardless it always feels nice to hear positive reception. Also thanks for having me on the Radio. There are many key artists of Psychedelic dance music that I didn't manage to include (Like X-Dream [tho I played a couple of their side projects here] , Vibrasphere, Hallucinogenic and Astral Projection for example). But I would definitely enjoy showcasing these names later on (gonna keep working on my mixing till then heh :ROFLMAO:)

Actually, a smaller part of them are from this year, there are actually more from the last few years, but the biggest chunk, about half, is old goa and psytrance from the 90s-early 2000s.

Spun this at work today, great one! Will definitely be playing it again in the future, which is not something I ever thought I would say about this specific sub-genre.

This looks damn fantastic. Finding good psychedelic mixes today is impossible due to everything being so focused on party psy-trance. Looks like I’ll be discovering some new music too.

Always good to see a new episode and this time it is feeling already to my taste. About 30 minutes in. Hope to see a old progressive house mix in the near future.
