@dmgtz96 Attention calling him. Is your car one of the cars that are affected?

I just got the autopilot recall update a couple days ago, but haven't had a chance to use it on a long drive yet. I have to make a 2 hr trip up to DC this Friday to get some work done on my car, so I'll report back once that happens!

In other news I contact Armin's team this is a reply i got. The thing is I am referring to quality ASOT trance releases you know the euphoric/melodic trance/prog of old on their back catalogue. The sub-genres of trance have existed since the genre first inception during the 90's they have always existed.

Hope all is well. I just want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

If Armin’s releases aren’t doing it for you at the moment there are fortunately a lot of other trance, progressive and techno subgenres that are being played during the ASOT episodes. Which is something I am also happy about, because to be honest a lot of the new uplifting stuff doesn’t do it for me, so luckily everyone’s taste is different and we are a radio show that aims to show the wide variety. And sometimes people love an episode and sometimes they don’t.

I do hope that you keep an open mind when it comes to ASOT/Armin & don’t worry, we are not shielding him from criticism. He actually asks for feedback from the team regularly and I always respectfully speak my mind. I hope you understand though that I won’t pass this e-mail on to him as it is his birthday today :)

Kind regards,

in a few years we'll be thinking 'damn actually 2023 wasn't all that bad..'
Nah, let’s fight for decent trance. Let’s be a force of nature. Let’s just keep the hope and where we can, tactfully inject positivity into various social media. Emphasis on tactful (at first) then perhaps ( with much effort and encouragement of proper trance’s greatness) they’ll hopefully be a point where cream just starts peeping more into the public arena and bang! … we push push push, no holds barred style. Until it is visible to all, and undeniably ‘Good’ for people.

Its visible that it has started already 🫶

You know I've noticed that Daysleeper never replies to my threads. Maybe it's just coincidence but I've never seen him post in any of my threads or tracks I post. Apart from when we first began.

Mallorca Lee, one of the guys behind the classic hardcore act ‘Ultrasonic’ announced on Facebook that he has terminal cancer and probably only a few months left to live.

Really sad to hear. Ultrasonic was a revolutionary act in the hardcore scene in the 90’s and I remember having a couple of their tapes as a teen. 😥

Wasn't this stressed at work in quite a while. I hate estimations in hours, as well as unreasonable managers.

I need a proper vacation in a warm place because tons of work and no sunshine for the last couple of weeks make it really depressing. Would like to contact skyview atlanta customer service and see if they are opened already. I would love to do some fun like i am a child again and don't think about work at least for couple of days.

Been a hell of a week. I haven't even been outside since Sunday.

Unreasonable expectations and being treated mostly like an output machine is why I'm more and more thinking of other careers and opportunities. I used to love this job. I love puzzles and problem solving, I love working in teams, I am ambitious and always hungry for more responsibility. But some projects/clients make you want more, and some make you want less. The culture and working conditions are severely underrated.

I am angry a bit at myself though, as I am also partly to blame, but I'm taking it out on myself by working harder and longer. The client will have their work done in time and within budget, and the Earth continues to spin...

In other news, it's been snowing and I've been inside all week - want to go hiking this weekend to a nearby mountain. Couldn't find anyone so either gonna be trapped for another day, or I'm just gonna try snow hiking for the first time...alone. Hm.

Take it from someone who has worked his blood, sweat, heart out and nearly ended up a psyward because of the trauma and stress I put my body through. You are probably better off working smarter rather than harder. If you really want to get to the top they hardly do any hardwork.

You could've just become a criminal. Much easier that way.
