people like you who just come in topics and say their opinion.....
With an attitude like: This is the ONLY valid opinion... Everyone who likes the track is just plain stupid!

The old Trancefix community was much more friendly towards other peoples taste!
Now it is just a bunch of kids shouting CRAP, GARBAGE, GENERIC.... SHIT.....
with all the respect you're either not too bright at reading attitudes or messing me with someone else

I perfectly realize everything I post is nothing but my taste and my biased opinion, never intend forcing others to share my thoughts and thus - here's the thing - I am perfectly fine with others don't like the stuff that I like, and - another thing - I don't treat these negative comments as personal insults towards myself or my taste

just take it easy man ffs

Great, good for you 👌

but you are not everyone else and neither should everyone else be you.

So when someone does rather dislike the torrent of negativity and simply makes an announcement of future abscence because of that, where’s the problem?

not everyone has you or mine’s iron stoicism :)

just take it easy man ffs 😉 If the man genuinely feels heimatloss here, then all the best and goodbye 👋. Hope to maybe see you again someday @Addict-In-Trance

It looks like that the majority of the members here have a different taste in trance then I do.
I prefer the faster paced 138 BPM trance like Bryan Kearney, XiJaro & Pitch, Darren Porter.
Just to give some examples.
But everytime when I post a track from certain producers/DJ's or certain labels.
Like my last topic: Damus & Lyd14 - Una Tantum Vita.
Comment 1: "Shitranceww"

That doesn't motivate me to post more...

People are just calling it garbage "Heard it a 1000 times before".
Yes..... That is what you get when you listen to music for your whole life!
Because I also have that when I put on the radio.
Only a few tracks really stand out!
But you can still enjoy the "Heard it a 1000 times before"-tracks....

And yes... I do listen to many of the unknown tracks posted in UR.
But 95% doesn't appeal me.
But instead of posting "Garbage" on every topic.
I just ignore the post.
I don't want to ruin the vibe of other members who do like the track.

And I had this thought already last year!

I will give it a long thought.... Will lurk for the coming weeks.
And then decide what I will do
I do like the uplifting stuff but the stuff being produced is not the quality I like to hear. I did like a lot of uplifting tracks released back in 2008. I mean I even posted this track in this thread as well. Rare tracks not found in download stores

I even share tracks with Skyriders who posts a lot of uplifting tracks.

@Hensmon Can you help me with this? My facebook profile got banned for 180 days whilst this fucker who threw me under a bus gets away with fake 5 star reviews from people. How does that work? I sent him a scathing message how can he sleep at night by throwing people under the bus.

I am not struggling ;)
Just this forum has a different taste then me!
I find my music on other places!

And many people like you who just come in topics and say their opinion.....

So I don't feel that this is my place!
I was giving it a few weeks.... But I think it will be less
I'm pretty sure the youngest members on this forum are @Archon and myself, who are now in our mid to late 20s.
I don't browse the forum or upcoming releases often anymore...

Trying to remember quotes from Marcus Aurelius to get through a rather stressful period (especially this day) at work while I'm taking a shit, also at work.

Hey guys, personal issue here I am struggling to find another job and I feel stuck in this current job that I am doing and no one else wants to hire me. I am doing a Cybersecurity course and a Small business course but I get the same robotic reply from job boards. I know that about 70% of jobs are unannounced on job boards but they are taken through networking if I don't know who to go to where do I start? I am happy to post my resume and would love it if you could give me a narrative of the key message my resume gives when you see it. You will only have to spend 10-15 seconds which is what most hiring managers spend their time but I will leave some things out of course but I feel my resume is not focused enough and all I have done is customer service when it comes to work with a bit of IT for 1 month.

I can do it in 2 without even checking it. If you feel you’re up for the job skillwise

just lie. / exhadurate your resume

A slow day, quiet day - bit of paid overtime, no stress and then I find out somebody just ripped out a small part of my car (headlight washer cover). A small piece of plastic only by the looks of it, but I'm fucking livid. Why???

The thing is I would be found out if I did lie on the resume in the future.

I haven’t tried yet, but I probably won’t be able to walk today. Maybe tomorrow a little bit? Yep, motha-facking back-injury back yet again. Very frustrating. Last time it took months to recover…

So this weekend is anything but flawless.

He said to exaggerate, not to lie. So don't write down that you did something you obviously didn't do. More like, really squeeze what you already have.

and @jetflag These days they can find out or I can get called out easily if you do exaggerate or lie. I don't really know how or what to lie or exaggerate about

Focus on Subjective stuff, not objective stuff. so for instance. Don’t say you’ve worked 10 years at a place you’ve worked 1, but you can mentioned that “the overall tasks you’ve took on where complimentary to your function description”

So last month I learned that one of my managers at work not only is a DJ, he owns his own house, techno and trance-focused club in town. This got me quite excited, since a big dream of mine is playing a trance set live one day, so one thing led to another, and I just picked this up from the local music gear store today:

ABLVV860Zk_Pdu150zvCJLvyfIAFpNDD4IoY-8Npz8i44c_DW41H2L_az8n35zNblOvfn8h9Q4mgXMP9NfT-6Ae2MuMqo6tbp3QDuTZzUwOy-9yi51adthuDIQABv7SYWXIPrY8hf9OIN7ujnJfiQc1BkJu_IUlHMpZ9ucJiHG2lxXoqlo3roZ46CmhjEQZWdHJD5OC4Lt74o4tNCwyMmVxX-BZaKgNXzhzBFBzXxUj7x-3LLPJidK2BN9AYUpNIjOfXV3n4QfgLfIyZg65YjUY7p6t5-Qr-QpQ1t5NNnrWCTLvIcYNwYZYBfsQwLCo3gGhbKt70TSSDLPftPrvYhuKPPk4T-5hzA9bRZhtUH3lkNUeNg37x6Y5CCA5f5FJ6_cD7HLGgVtUTvfb7VYzVU3qVLSvUJ4P0NVVXijaCyRaq8twA6Falw4tWPnHSmB4P4HwL5ODr8FxCEDsVnitArdS8Rv-ijygdzmqOJglk2cvN3JrhmB-T3sUfo4wDUF3VrIRf-KN7e6pGQ38caKl-T1zajTRUag6e-WfyNbsy8NnNIXtjG25Dt8Z0zWtysI88CglP6keIOmwXSFgAO-HHs_Cp90CDjgJvsPRV2Mm2ZAG0F_rEk-UA38Cit45fiilTV1O0OnJsmYsAKKg8c9KzEJBPRw2wXefJKs17nekwaWoBeJYEw1hrTuBTgfIeOHX__c3zXpiIxkRvz_gdo1BoLWNl-ePoPQzVJ92mxr2BICgS9Tfx1iQ9REJPoe8e9OBGw5m6GXlxWFZ3eiJZVN5fu5cW4BItXzqSdVTzHr2pxfAb1DyyfleZNjGkk452Vk788kATwcGOXEJzwP6X_kodQbevxwb_s2MkJewGQekeUMTgdw4mWZA3grkmzPWVPTJ83hJOrlqkUzU3JhjZXevva9KctaAN4w=w1193-h895-s-no

I'm hoping that I can how to this on these decently well enough to be ready for the CDJs in his club by my 30th birthday in July. I know that's ambitious as hell, but after spending literally years of my life imagining the opportunity, I am obsessed with the possibility of this dream coming true. Wish me luck!

Question for those here who've DJed - do you think trance suffers on the dancefloor from the frequent and long breakdowns? I mean, I know that if I were to play, say, almost any of Andy Blueman's work the nearly 4 minute orchestrated breakdowns would suck all the energy off the floor, but what about the more common 2.5 minute breakdowns you hear in a lot of old and new tracks?
